Primrose House

Primrose House is suitable for families and couples. The owners and their agents wish to ensure their visitors enjoy a happy and enjoyable holiday. We strongly recommend that guests take out liability & general holiday insurance. Primrose House may be hired solely for holiday occupancy. The owners of Primrose House reserve the right to terminate the occupancy whether held under agreement or otherwise, where in their opinion the conditions of hire as detailed herewith are not being observed.

1. The Hirer shall have the right to occupy and use for a holiday the property as specified on the booking form together with its front area, the rear patio and parking area for the agreed period. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for your children's safety whilst at Primrose House. The owners of the property do not accept responsibility for accident, injury, or any resulting loss, inconvenience or expense to the hirer or guests.

2. The Hirer shall behave in a manner not to cause nuisance or offence to any neighbours.

3. The number of persons using the accommodation shall not exceed the number of people listed on the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises. The person named in the booking of the property will be responsible for the obligations and conditions of the booking.

4. The Hirer shall not pass his/her booking to another party.

5. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer the deposit will not be refunded, the balance will be refunded if the property is re-let.

6. In the event of cancellation by the owner there will be a full refund of any deposit and/or rent paid.

7. The owners accept all bookings in good faith. However, in the unlikely event of the owners having to cancel any booking previously confirmed, their liability will be limited to the return in full of any monies paid.

8. A deposit of one third of the rental is payable on booking. The balance of the rental is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 10 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.

9. Any damages or breakages which may occur, must be paid for. Accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged.

10. Any complaints must be made known to the proprietor immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed.

11. Sorry No Pets allowed.

12. No smoking.

13. The Hirer shall permit the Landlord or his agent the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repairs deemed necessary to the property, or equipment including gardening.

14. If there is any breach of these conditions by the Hirer, the landlord or his agent may re-enter the premises and there upon the Hiring shall cease from that time without prejudice to other rights and remedies of the landlord.

15. Please take out your own insurance including cancellation cover, as the owners cannot be responsible for any loss incurred from theft or damage to your belongings.

16. Linen is provided i.e. sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, provide one bath towel, bath mats and tea towels within the price. Please bring your own beach towel.

17. A high chair and travel cot are at the premises, but no bedding for it.

18. Heating and electricity are included in the hire charge.

19. Bookings are strictly from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

20. Guests are asked to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition when vacating, including the cleaning of cooking utensils and equipment. To ensure this a £100.00 deposit is required upon booking, which will be refunded within 7 days of departure after inspection of the premises. Guests are asked to give consideration to other residents in the cove and not to cause nuisance or annoyance.

The Old Saltings

The Old Saltings is suitable for families and couples, but not for the infirm as uneven floors, low doorways and steep steps. The owners and their agents wish to ensure their visitors enjoy a happy and enjoyable holiday. We strongly recommend that guests take out liability & general holiday insurance. The Old Saltings may be hired solely for holiday occupancy. The owners of The Old Saltings reserve the right to terminate the occupancy whether held under agreement or otherwise, where in their opinion the conditions of hire as detailed herewith are not being observed.
