The cottage is right opposite the working harbour at Sennen Cove and 500 yards from the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach. It is a converted fisherman's cottage and pilchard store.

Adjoining a pretty thatched cottage, it stands in the harbour conservation area and has a suntrap rear garden and courtyard with garden furniture and a barbeque.
